CAL BENNETT is the founder and owner of Bennett Wells Realty Ltd.  He established Bennett Wells Realty to lead a CLIENT FOCUSED real estate company. 

Prior to founding Bennett Wells Realty, Cal was the leading sales agent for RE/MAX Integrity in Cary.  During his time with RE/MAX, Cal was a continuing national member of the RE/MAX 100% Club.  Prior to RE/MAX, Cal was associated with Prudential Carolinas Realty in Raleigh.  

Cal is a practically oriented, results driven broker who has dedicated most of his professional life to assisting people with complex issues. In addition to being a full-time real estate broker, Cal is also licensed North Carolina attorney, a North Carolina Certified Mediator, and a retired Marine Corps officer. 

His years of negotiation experience and his trained analytical skills serve his clients well in real estate transactions.  As a real estate broker, his mission is to act as a trusted consultant for buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure they achieve their goals as he guides them through real estate transactions. To help fully serve his clients, Cal has completed over 90 hours of specialized, nationally accredited training in real estate valuation techniques. 

Cal graduated from Auburn University in 1984 and was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps where he served as an artillery officer and forward observer. He was later selected to become a Marine Corps Attorney. He then attended Duke University Law School where he was one of two students to graduate with Highest Honors in 1991. Cal began his formal real estate training while at Duke Law School. He completed his active military service serving as a JAG attorney for the Commandant of the Marine Corps at the Pentagon.  

After practicing corporate litigation with a large Raleigh law firm, Cal opened his own practice focusing on negotiations/mediations and also began following his lifelong interest in real estate.  During this time, Cal began investing in real estate and was eventually drawn to a full-time real estate broker career where he could help others with their real estate purchases and sales. Cal also maintains his law license so that he can draft unique contractual provisions for his real estate clients and advise them on legal matters affecting real estate (something other real estate agents are prohibited from performing by North Carolina law). In addition, Cal considers it a professional compliment that he is still called upon by other attorneys to act as a certified mediator in helping to resolve their clients' litigation disputes. 

Cal is a strong advocate for his clients. For most people, real estate purchases and sales are their largest personal financial transactions. Cal believes that his clients deserve the sound professional advice, guidance, and assistance that his experience brings as they make crucial real estate decisions.

VALERIE BENNETT is our Client Care Specialist and Transaction Coordinator. Valerie is NC licensed Real Estate Broker dedicated to ensuring that your closing details and your move are as stress free as possible!

Before real estate, Valerie worked for 8 years as a Legal Assistant where she worked closely with clients and coordinated litigation transactions. She truly understands the need for ongoing communication with clients throughout the entire transaction, from initial contact through and post closing.  

Valerie attended Auburn University where she majored in Speech Communications. Valerie loves people and especially enjoys seeing that our clients are completely satisfied.  Southern hospitality and customer service are number one with Valerie every day.
